Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the fk7 platform—whether via web browser or mobile app—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the fk7 platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The fk7 platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is allowed to hold only one account on fk7. You must provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during registration. fk7 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time and may suspend accounts that fail verification requirements. Accounts may not be transferred or shared with others.
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. All activities under your account are your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact fk7 support immediately at support at fk7.app.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform’s security systems
- Providing false information or fake identity during registration
- Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or illegal activities
- Opening multiple accounts to manipulate promotions or bonus systems
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the fk7 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including FPX and digital wallets listed on the platform. fk7 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals will be processed based on valid requests from verified account holders. fk7 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals subject to security checks, identity verification requirements, or suspicion of fraud. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method.
All verified deposits are final and cannot be withdrawn once used for betting activities. Submitted and confirmed bets cannot be canceled. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are as displayed on the platform at the time of the transaction.
Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds do not originate from illegal sources. fk7 complies with anti-money laundering requirements and reserves the right to report any suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
Fk7 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts immediately without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, unauthorized platform usage, or other reasons deemed necessary by the platform. In cases of closure due to violations, account balances may be frozen pending investigation.
Fk7 is not responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from use of the platform, including technical interruptions, temporary loss of access, game outcomes, or third-party actions. The platform is provided "as is" with no guarantees regarding continuous availability or accuracy of service times.
Intellectual Property, Terms Changes & Applicable Law
Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the fk7 platform are the exclusive property of fk7 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any of the content without written consent from fk7. Any infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

The fk7 platform may contain references to third-party services. fk7 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users access third-party links or services at their own risk.
Changes to These Terms

It is each user's responsibility to review the terms regularly. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
